Ik voelde me ook echt gezien. Een stukje in mij is getransformeerd, doordat ik dit in de groep mocht ervaren, in combinatie met mijn eigen somatische therapie. Wat ik voornamelijk bijzonder vond, was dat Sheila en Luisa de wijsheid van de deelnemers en de groep faciliteerden en voorbereidingen durfden los te laten als er iets anders nodig was.
